Can this service available to everyone?
Yes, the service is available to Mount Royal Univeristy students, staff, their families and friends, and the general public - everyone is welcome.

Can I use my dental insurance?
We are a "Select Dental Care Partner" with Gallivan & Associates. See www.samrc.com or visit the Student Benefits office located just across the hall from us.

We accept many types of dental insurance - prior to your appointment please provide us with:

I have insurance through my spouse or parents - can I use this?
We ask that you provide the following before you book your appointment: your spouse or parent's name, birthdate, address, phone number, employer, insurance company, insurance plan number and member ID number.  This information is usually on your insurance card or benefits booklet.  If you are a student, always contact your parent's insurance plan to confirm that you are enrolled at MRU full time, as this can affect your insurance coverage.

I don't have insurance - how do I pay for my dental services?
Payment for dental services can be made at the time of your appointment. We accept credit card or debit.

What happens to my personal information?
We adhere to the privacy laws of Alberta (HIPPA and PIPA). All of your information is kept confidential and only disclosed with your permission for the purposes of providing your care - to your insurance company, dental specialists, medical doctor and pharmacist, for example.
