Your First Visit: What to expect
At your first visit, we will review: your physical health status, dental health products, assess your teeth, fillings, amount of support around each tooth, any cavities or risk factors which could put you at risk for future cavities. X-rays help us determine the health of your teeth and supporting structures "from the inside out". We check for oral cancer, position of any wisdom teeth present, and alignment of your teeth. Based on our findings, we may recommend various treatment options: changes to your daily care at home, therapy to be provided in our office, or referrals and consultations with dental specialists.
